Our experience extends to revenue and yield management, in other words, our team have created bespoke back end systems allowing pricing of inventory to be managed using automated rules alongside human intervention. This is sometimes referred to as revenue management, which allows pricing of inventory to reflect differences in demand for peak and off peak travel, seasonality, unexpected events and to identify trends and market changes for individual days and trips before opportunities are missed, allowing operators to respond by either changing capacity (such as vehicle size or volume), pricing (such as an increase or decrease, or creating additional price points) or both.
